Here’s how to enter your instalments paid:
In TurboTax Online, use the Find tool to search
for “payments”. Select “Payments Profile” from the list and click “Go”. Check
off “Paid tax instalments for this year” for you and or your spouse. Click
“Continue” to go through the pages until you get to “Paid tax instalments for
this year” page. Click “Continue” to save your changes.
In Turbo Tax CD/Download EasyStep Mode use the
Find tool to search for “personal”. Select “[Name] Personal Tax Profile” from the
list and click “Go”. Click “Continue” to go through the pages until you get to
the page that starts with the question about losses, and firefighters. The
question regarding instalments paid is at the bottom of the page. Answer YES to
get a box where you can enter your amount. Select File>Save from the top
left menu or click “Continue” to save your changes.
In Turbo Tax CD/Download Forms Mode, please go to
Line 476 on your (or your spouses) T1.
