It does not appear the return was transmitted properly. I've not received a confirmation letter from the tax department or the refund. what do I do now?

Please contact CRA to be sure that they have not received your return. If they haven't sign back into your TurboTax return and go to FILE and click on Netfile - If it is successful a page will come up with a confirmation number.
