Quebec Income paid by instalments mistakenly auto populates with CRA instalment amount. The Québec instalment amount is greyed out, so I can't change it. Any suggestions?

My Quebec return is mistakenly showing my CRA instalment amount entered in "My profile" (automatically by "Auto fill"). There is nowhere to change the Quebec instalment amount as it is greyed out.
