1. Upgrade to TurboTax Live Assist & Review Version product, you can start it for free and pay only when you file.
2. Log in to your TurboTax account, in the bottom right corner, select the floating Live help button.
3. Enter your question and continue.
4. Choose your preferred method of reaching out to our tax experts.
