I already filed the husbands return on a separate Turbo tax which I paid for. Only need to file the wife's return. Can I do that now that I have it done on this turbo?

You can do the spouse's return on TurboTax also, but you will need to purchase another TurboTax return for the spouse if you did not complete them as a joint return.
