Are you referring to a 2021 Federal tax refund?    Approximately how long has it been since you filed, and how did you file--did you efile, or did you choose to print and mail a paper return?

If you efiled, was the efile accepted by the IRS for processing?   If you used Online TurboTax, you can log into your account and doublecheck the efile status at the Tax Home.  You may have to look under "Your Tax Returns & Documents."

If your efile was accepted, or if you mailed a paper return, what do you learn when you use the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool?

Does that tool show that your return is still being processed?

NOTE:   If you mailed a paper return, it can take up to 6 months or longer just to show up that IRS WMR tool.
