If someone else in my household has already claimed the climate action incentive, how can I remove it from my tax return?

f you are using 2021 online software, you can remove Climate Action Incentive(CAI) by these steps:

1. Sign in to your Tax return.
2. In TurboTax, from the left sidebar go to "Provincial"> drop down to "Get Started"
3. Click "Continue" in the next 2 pages.
4. Uncheck the Box Climate Action Incentive(CAI) federal credit available for residents of Ontario then ]click on continue.
5. Once you have finished entering all your information, it will not show the Climate Action Incentive form in your tax return.
