HI Akinal,

My taxes were accepted but the IRS hasn't deducted the payment from my bank yet..The state did so I was wondering why or if Turbo told them to..Seems like they should know.

thanks

No, we don't know the status of your payment.

You can create an account on the IRS website and see your updated information. Once you create the account, you can use it to access you payment, refunds, and other tax related information and also prior years tax returns.

You can do it here: Create my IRS account

Hi,

I want to know the date the IRS was supposed to withdraw payment from my bank..Turbo has that info from when I filed..The state got the info and withdrew, but I don't think the IRS did..Turbo took the info when I filed so they should be able to tell me what they know..I'm wondering if Turbo screwed up and is fudging.

thanks

TurboTax has nothing to do with your actual money. The bank information is passed to the IRS along with your desired debit date.

The IRS must process the return, set up the debit, and finally take the money. They are running behind this year in both processing and debiting.

You can call the IRS payment center at 800-316-6541.
