The person for whom I am preparing the taxes doesnt have nor want direct deposit and the program wont let me continue without?
Please click the "Back" button at the bottom of the page until you get to the "[NAME]: Get your refund fast with direct deposit" page. Then choose "No, I don't use direct deposit or my direct deposit info hasn't changed" and click "Continue" to move on with your return.
