RSP refund sent to my son because he failed to respond to a letter from his employer. Did not receive T4RSP but on phone they gave him Box 22, 30 and 14 amounts. 14?

I see where we enter the Box 22 and 30 info but wondering what the Box 14 figure refers to.

Box 14 on the T4RSP refers to the contract number of the RRSP and isn't included on his tax return.
