Separated since 2015. Divorced in 2017. Your tax software wants my spouse info! How can i bypass this?He wont give me his SIN. CRA does not ask for this info when divoced

Navigate back to where TurboTax asked you if your marital status changed during the tax year and change your answer to 'no'. Then, TurboTax won't ask you for info about your former spouse.

Important: Be sure to update your marital status to 'Divorced' with the CRA BEFORE you submit your return to NETFILE, or your return might be rejected.
