Should i choose separated in marital status as we both are living separate but did not file any separation yet ????
As per CRA, Separated means that you have been living apart from your spouse or common-law partner because of a breakdown in the relationship for a period of at least 90 days. Even if you have not filed yet, you are separated if you do not live together for the period mentioned above.
