I have done my 2021 tax with Turbotax and at the end I was supposed to pay a certain amount to the CRA. I did it in April 2022.
Today I logged into my CRA account and they say they never receive the tax statement for 2021. They have received my payment but they did not know why I paid (as they never received my 2021 tax statement).
How can I solve my problem? I have followed all the steps on turbotax so I dont understand why my statement has not been sent to the CRA.
Please go back to your income tax return and then go to "File" and verify if it shows that it has been NetFiled or not. If yes, you would have received a NetFile confirmation number.
