Received an amended T4RIF prior to filing. Do I include the original T4RIF slip?

Completing a return for deceased person. Had received T4RIF slips, then received amended T4RIF slips. Since I have to mail the final tax papers, do I include all the T4RIF slips, or just the amended ones?
