The cra has sent me a letter saying they never got my 2013 return but they have received the payment for the taxes I owed. Can you send me and them a copy?

Hi,

you can still log onto your 2013 account here:

https://2013.turbotaxonline.ca

You should be able to find your tax return and either Net File electronically or print it and send it to the CRA.  Please make sure to print a copy for your records.

I sgin in to the above address and it gives me the forms for 2013 and asks me to fill them out. I did that last year. All I need is a copy of the forms I filled out last year.

Is it possible that you have more than one tax return created?  To check:
- Login
-  At the top right of the screen, click Tools->Return Manager.
- In the new window that pops up, review the list of tax returns.  Click each return and see if it matches what you did last year.

Alternatively, maybe you had created more than one account?
Try this out to check for accounts:
    - Go to the TurboTax Online sign in page and click I forgot my user ID or password.
    - Enter your email address and click Continue.
    - You should see a screen with the user IDs associated with your email address. If you have more than one user ID, sign into each account and see if it matches what you expect.
    - Check the Return Manager for each account as well.

If you still can't find a return that matches what you did last year, I would suggest contacting support because they will be better equipped to help you out.
