The CRA says that they didn't receive my return. I don't know how to navigate the software to double check if it was filed.

Please log into your TurboTax account.  Once you have selected your income tax return, click on Find in the top right-hand corner, type NETFILE, select it and click Go.  It will bring you to your NETFILE confirmation number.
