    I purchased my first house in 2004. I never received first time buyer credit. I didn't know of it. what can I do?

    I purchased my first house in 2004. I never received first time buyer credit. I didn't know of it. what can I do?

    The first time home buyers credit started in 2008.  Unfortunately, a home purchased in 2004 would not qualify for this credit.
