Can you advise on what you mean the balance owing is wrong? Is it a refund or balance owing?
Double check that you have entered your amounts correctly, particularly on the T-Slips. Perhaps you accidentally added the same slip twice or you put one of your spouses onto your return. It may help to look at the detailed summary of her return: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647808

when i login, it says that i have a balance owing however i have proof from my bank that it was paid...any help?
TurboTax can’t tell whether you have paid your taxes or not. Even if you pay your taxes online as you file your return, that goes through the CRA and their payment system - we don’t see that payment. So if you had a balance owing on your return, it will always show as owing in TurboTax.
