    I filed my taxes but realized I selected that I was single when in fact I'm technically common law. I went on my account and fixed my status. Do I have to refile?

    To make changes after you have filed your tax return, you must go through the CRA: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647992

    If you choose to adjust your return through CRA My Account, be sure that your marital status is updated as well:
