TP64.3 QST number error when attempting to netfile. Per Rev QC, this number can be left blank. Employer outside of QC. Why does this stop the netfile? Plz fix

I confirmed with the rev qc agent, this field can be left blank. My BC employer does not have a QST number. My work around was to enter a clearly fake number 0123456789, 1234. I'd prefer not to enter bogus info to get around a made up error.
