Unacceptable error

I completed my husband and my returns, from starting and review also have refunded.  Until I followed the instructions and log in the CRA. Autofill the data then the refund amount changed to own status. I checked the income amounts are not matched with our input. The program auto group our income together, so TurboTax filed my income including my husband too. I also email them but no one replies to me. I don't have another option except refile and re-input all the information. I am very disappointed, I spent money and hope it can help me to complete our files.  For now, it made us big trouble and waste our time to do everything.

I don't know why it happens in Turbotax which is a very experienced company.
