What does tax‐exempt part of all income earned or received, less the deductions related to that income or an allowance received as an emergency volunteer mean?

Neither income that is earned on a reserve by a Status Indian or an allowance received as an emergency volunteer are not taxable, but they are required to calculate the Working Income Tax Benefit/ Canada Workers Benefit. This income is put on your Schedule 6 automatically by TurboTax based on your T-slips, so you don’t need to enter anything there if line applies to you.
