Did you file your return using CRA's NETFILE service? You can't submit changes to your direct deposit info when you submit your return using NETFILE.
If you need to make changes to your direct deposit info, you need to file your tax return by printing and mailing it, or by contacting the CRA directly: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/e-services/change-direct-deposit.html
