Which of the tax changes for 2019 will affect taxpayers the most?

Hi there,


I am wondering out of the new tax credits for 2019:


1) Climate Action Incentive.

2) Accelerated capital cost allowance rates. 

3) no longer able to claim a provincial tax credit for their tuition expenses

4) Lower tax rate for small business.
