I'm trying to file my 15 year old son's taxes on line but it's been unsuccessful with NETfile. How do I fix an error code of "xml error"?

XML error is an error in the postal code, SIN, Birthdate, address...navigate your way back to the beginning of the return and take things out one by one and put them back in,,,do not put any dashes, dots, any special characters in..let the program do it. This will fix the XML error. Lots of times customers put an address in like 302-102 Main St. In this case the dash in between the address as well as the period at the end of St. is incorrect. It would go in the software as 201 Main Street,,,then Unit 302.
