You should have a look at your Detailed Tax Summary (Review > Bottom Line Tax Summaries > scroll down the page a bit) and see if there are any amounts on there that appear to be incorrect. You may have made a keying error and mistakenly missed a decimal point or added a digit, don't worry it happens. 🙂  

If you see something that doesn't look right, navigate back to that section or slip and double check your entries.
