Are mediation fees, paid to settle child living conditions, after divorce, tax deductible?

After divorce, we had to go through a mediator to agree on the child living conditions and schooling. I want to know if these fees are tax deductible and if so, where should be included?

Thanks

No, these are not tax deductible legal fees. In family matters CRA only allows a deduction if you incurred certain fees to try to make child support payments non-taxable.

From CRA: You cannot claim legal fees you incurred to get a separation or divorce or to establish custody of or visitation arrangements for a child. Your mediation fees would fall in to this category.
