Are personal alarms services acceptable as a medical expense?

According to the CRA's website, personal response systems such as Lifeline an Health Line Services are not eligible.

CRA has a great tool for looking up eligible medical expenses here: http://www.cra-arc.gc.ca/medical/#mdcl_xpns
