Can either parent claim the childcare credit or it has to be one the releve 24 was issued to?
The releve 24 was issued under my wife's SIN but I'm the one who is claiming the credit. Can I still claim the credit even though the document shows my wife's SIN.

If you are a couple either spouse can claim it "Any person, or the person’s spouse on December 31 (see Definitions), who has paid childcare expenses for a child living with either of them at the time."
