Do i need to provide any additional information? Can i still send my tax return online or i have to send it by paper?

Turbotax online. I have notice that when we claim under my name, there’s an amount but when we claim under my husband, there’s no amount. This is our first time doing online and it does that. It works perfectly on the download version for the past year.
