Can I claim child care expenses as the higher income learner if my spouse was unable to do child care for two weeks in total rather than two weeks straight?

The higher income earner can claim the child care expenses only if any situation in Part C or D of Line 21400 applies. When it refers to a period of 2 weeks, it means 2 consecutive weeks (2 weeks straight).
