Can I deduct in medical expenses my portion that I paid to my ex-husband for family insurance premium for medical and Dental, this is a court order ?

The insurance premium are paid by him via his collective insurance at his employer.

If you have the receipts for these purchases, you should be able to claim it.  You may also want to contact TurboTax Live and Assist using the following FAQ:
