Can I have someone assist with disability tax credit?

I am unsure where to enter disability tax credit data as line 316 as advised by cra brings me to a section for individuals under 18 and for medical expenses. Please advise.

If this credit is for yourself, you need to indicate the disability in the intro section. For online Turbo tax, it is in the "profile" section of the intro and for the desktop version, it is in "contact info". 

Then go to the "deductions" tab and select "Disability" and say yes to disabled.
