Can the unused portion of the Disability Tax Credit be transferred to a spouse if the spouse is not listed on the original T2201?

Unfortunately, the only person able to receive the transfer from a Disability Tax Credit (DTC) has to be on the T2201 already with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). For more information about the DTC please contact the CRA. You may be able to make a retroactive adjustment after making the change in the old agreement.
