Can TurboTax transfer my medical claims already entered into a larger separate spreadsheet where I can see all of them?

There is no import or export function for data to or from spreadsheets.  It is better to work on a spreadsheet first, in sections such as eye care, prescriptions, dental, etc and then add the totals to the tax software.
