Can you tell me how to change the medical expense amount that I entered on schedule 1 of my Turbo tax free form?

To change any entries on the Schedule 1, you will need to "edit" that particular credit or deduction.

Go to Deductions > Medical Expenses Profile > continue to the Medical Expenses Summary, then Edit or Delete your expenses from there.
