Climate Action Incentive not showing

I'm filing in Ontario and I completed the profile for this rebate in Turbotax, but the amount of my refund has not changed.  I've tried it several times with no luck.

 

Is this a glitch of some kind?  I'll try a couple more times, but I'm close to switching to another software for completing my returns.

I am having the same problem.  Have tried reinputting the information several times and transferring to my spouse but either way the refund does not change and I cannot find it anywhere on our summary!

I am having the same issue. Claiming for Alberta. Eligible for tax credit, but in the summary, shows a zero. Is this something I have done incorrectly? Or is this a glitch?
