Do I have a balance to pay because I did not work and received maternity benefits and the child care benefit?

Just wondering why my balance due is quite high when my income was low (> $25,000) while I was on maternity leave

If no tax was withheld on your benefits during the year, you would be paying more tax owing at April 30. Is it possible that no tax was deducted at source in 2022?
