Do I have to paper file if I made a charitable contribution of stock with a capital gain? Does Turbotax (Premier) have the equivalent of a T1170?

 I still report this contribution in my charitable contributions, don't I?

You should have no problems Netfiling your return and yes, it does, under the Deductions tab > Payments Profile > Donations Profile.
