You must make sure you enter any Medical Expenses for Dependants over the age of 18 as "Medical Expenses for Other Dependants", and have included their "net income" under "Additional Dependant Info".

If you look at your Detailed Tax Summary, you should see the medical expenses claimed separately on Lines 330 & 331.
