Are you seeing the page with the title Charitable Donations – Itemized Receipt List? This is page 3 of the DON worksheet. If you can’t scroll up using your mouse on the scroll bar, try using the arrow keys on your keyboard or the Page Up (PgUp) & Page Down (PgDn) buttons.
If you can’t access it that way, try going into EasyStep mode (click the button on the blue icon bar). In the left side menu, click on Deductions & Credits>Payments Profile>Donations Profile>Carry Forward to next year. The DON form should be visible on the bottom half of the window. You can get back to Forms mode by clicking the Forms icon on the blue icon bar.
If none of these solutions work for you, or you need a more permanent fix, first try updating TurboTax. Click Help in the topmost menu, and then Check For Updates. If an update doesn’t fix the problem, try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of you saved returns.
