From work permit holder to permanent resident in 2018. How to file tax?

need help with the question:

"Did your Canadian residency change in 2018?"

technically yes.

But do I need to put in the arrival date as my landing paper when I became a PR or the date I officially immigrated to Canada as a work permit holder in 2016?

You would put the date in 2018 that you became a permanent resident.
