Generally a portion of all eye care is deductible. You will have a referral from a medical practitioner who deemed it medically necessary. If you had to travel more that 40 km one way to obtain the service, a portion of the travel is also claimable.

What portion of the surgery? We did not pay for the Surgeon, but the surgeon charged for the lenses that he installed inside the eyes.
You can only claim what you paid for and for which you have receipts.
