having issues with fix error regarding principal residence

keeps telling me an update is available and to review. but then still brings me back to an error and says NETFILE won't allow me to file and toprint it off instead

Please manually update your software. (Help>Update) If that doesn't work, please try reinstalling it. It will not delete your saved returns. You can download the current version of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Choose the current TurboTax Desktop edition you need (for Windows).

Yeah, that doesn’t work. Whether I try to file on the app or the webpage on a laptop, I get the same error. Even when you click “fix error” (mind you, there are NO errors), it’s brings you right back saying there is still an error.
