Hi, I am going to claim child care expense on my mother in law who takes care of my children for the past year. How do I pay her cpp? Do I have to?

Hi, I am going to claim child care expense on my mother in law who takes care of my children for the past year. How do I pay her cpp? Do I have to?

You don’t pay her CPP, you simply enter in the amount of money you have paid her to take care of your children. 

But if you paid her over $3,500 threshold, she will have to cover her own CPP by filing as "self-employed".
