How can I remove disability tax credit from return?

Hello. I am compiling taxes for myself, my spouse (combined) and my in-laws (also combined).

My mother in law suffered a road accident a few years ago and as a result she is disabled.

CRA sent me a letter stating that I am eligible to claim her disability, since she is my dependant, but Turbotax automatically gets her husband to claim the disability (even if he doesn't have an income).

How do I calculate my father in law's return without getting him to claim his wife's disability?

CRA refuses to allowing me to claim since my father in law is claiming it (without any monetary advantage).

I am using Turbotax Premium for the year 2020.

I may have to do the same procedure for the past few years (up to 2017).

Rather urgent, please.
