How do I enter asterisks on my T2202a - as zeros, or is something off?

On my T2202A beside the session periods (Jan-Apr and Sep-Dec) it lists the correct corresponding tuition amount paid for each term, so it knows I was in school for both terms (8 months). However the next rows, where it should tell me how many months were eligible, it only lists 4 fulltime months for the Jan-Apr 2017 term. Every other box has 3 asterisks (***) which I assume mean zeros? Do I enter zeros? It seems like I'm missing a term altogether.

I was in school for the full 8 months, full-time schedules, and I did not drop or fail anything. Perhaps worth mentioning that Sep-Dec was the only term I did not receive any OSAP for? Do I still enter 0 months eligible for Sep-Dec or should I contact my school? Not sure what makes all 4 mos. ineligible when they were paid off and courses cleared.

TurboTax won’t let you put asterisks in, it will give you an error message and not let you save. As for what they mean, I am not sure. It would be best to double check with the school.
