How do I file my Twitch Income as Foreign Income?

March 23, 2020 - still waiting for my Twitch Interactive, Inc. tax form for the year 2019.

Last year it was extremely late, thank god we have an extension this year.

How do we report our income on the Foreign Income page?

Do we just enter the amount (gross income) and what do we put in for the Exchange rate? (how do we find this out? is this just the current CAD to USD conversion rate?)

Is there anything else on the 1042-S form that we receive that we SHOULD be recording on the foreign income page?
