How do I make sure I've applied for the Trillium tax credit for a single male?

I'm trying this for the first time and want to make sure I'm not missing anything. I want to make sure that even though I'm on disability I'm still going to get my HST and Trillium benefits.

When using TurboTax Free, click on ONBEN in the section that is titled "Your Taxes".  Select Yes for the question "Do you qualify for the 2017 OEPTC and want to apply for the credit?" Click Next and you will be prompted to enter the details for the Ontario Trillium Benefit.
