I am deemed non-resident and paid provincial income tax plus instalment payments. Expecting a refund, but if I can get access to TP-1 Quebec in Turbo Tax.

For your tax instalment payments, use the "Find" icon at the top right corner of your screen and type in "Tax instalment Payments"
